"If you have never seen any of Mike’s pictures I would invite you to visit neubauer.net and be amazed ... Mike has graciously shared his secrets to getting these one of a kind landscape photographs in this book. The book is of the highest quality ... content and construction ... and is the perfect size to put into your equipment bag.

I would consider myself an intermediate level photographer and have taken many photography classes ... this book not only provides Mike’s secrets but also refreshes your memory on the basics.

I highly recommend this book."

"If you want to learn more about landscape photography and how to improve your photography skills, this book is an excellent resource. Using many of the techniques explained by the author, I was able to improve my photos immensely. Where I used to take average vacation snapshots, I am now able to approach the quality seen in many of the expensive prints you see for sale. The size of the book also makes it easy to carry with you in an average camera bag. All of the information is explained in a casual and easy to understand format, so even a complete beginner can understand. Highly recommended!"

"I've been a booklover forever and this one is just fantastic. Everything about it is top notch, the binding, size, paper quality, content, writing style, length, layout and information. And the images are gorgeous. Digital mirrored lens dslr photography is confusing to me so I need help with the tech and photoshop stuff and this book is perfect for me. I highly recommend it."

Very few can do what this author has done, and that's create a book that resonates with all skill levels. Are you a novice? This book educates in a simple, can-do manner without sounding remedial. Are you an intermediate? This book will help help you take your talent higher and higher. Are you a pro? This book will help you refine your work with the wisdom of a fellow pro. This book clarifies that which so many are afraid to ask... and pushes us all, through inspiration, to hone our craft. Bravo!

I purchased this book during the kickstarter campaign for the purpose of preparing for a trip that is known for stunning landscapes. I have owned a DSLR for years and thought I should finally learn how to use it. I have seen Mike Neubauer's stunning landscape photos, so it made sense to take tips from someone who obviously is doing things right.

The abundance of illustrations and photo examples are extremely helpful in explaining/simplifying necessary concepts of photography and post-processing.The tutorials in this guide are easy to understand and filled with practical information. I especially appreciated recommendations on camera equipment and tips for night photography.

The book itself is well-made with a sturdy binding and thick, quality paper. It is just the right size to be able to take on the road without being burdensome. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their game in landscape photography.
