Monochrome
Of Peace and Prayer
Growing up in Chicago, this building always fascinated me. I didn't know much about the Bahá'í Faith until visiting this building. Ever since I've had a profound admiration and respect for this all encompassing religion. This center is a place where all walks of life and every religious sect is welcome and encourage to come and worship in peace. The building is a marvel of intricate weavings of ornate carvings, columns and domes. If you are ever on the North side of Chicago, I highly recommend visiting the Bahá'í House of Worship in Wilmette. You will not be disappointed!
